So, I accidently created my 'Anti-Anxious Station' because I needed to curate a calming routine that worked. I put my favourite feel-good things together and kept it by my bed; a twice daily reminder that my sole intent and purpose was to feel GOOD.
I stayed consistent, trusted the process , and slowly but surely my life completely changed. And my only hope is that it gives the same to you.
