What does HeadRest taste like?
Let’s face it herbs don't taste great in their raw state! We worked hard to create a palatable flavor without compromising on the potency. Our products taste like they work. HeadRest has a slight liquorice flavour. However, HeadRest tastes like it works, so be prepared for a high concentrated formula - it's worth it! For a more diluted taste you can add to a glass of water.
How do I take HeadRest?
The directions for use are three full pipettes, up to the 1.5 mL line, 15 minutes before sleep or as directed by your healthcare professional. If you struggle with the taste you can add HeadRest liquid to a glass of water.
Is HeadRest Liquid different to HeadRest Capsules?
No. The formulations are the same and they deliver the same benefit of relieving restless sleep. The only difference is the format, so if you prefer to take capsules with water or drops straight into the mouth, we have both options covered!
