For healthy mood balance: Children 12-18 years: Chew 1 tablet, twice daily. For healthy stress response: Children 6-18 years: Chew 1 tablet, twice daily. Tablet should be chewed not swallowed whole. If the child can’t chew, crush the tablet, mix with liquid, and consume immediately.
