PROMOTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter The promoter of this campaign in Australia is Douglas Pharmaceuticals Australia Pty Limited (ACN 612164824), trading as Brave Face Australia (“BraveFace”), having its registered office at Cremorne, Victoria, Australia. If you have any queries, please contact us on hello@braveface.co.nz
2. Campaign Overview BraveFace will donate to batyr, a mental health charity, as part of its Worry Wall campaign in Australia in accordance with the Donation Mechanics during the Campaign Period (the “Campaign”).
3. Campaign Period The Campaign commences at 12.00 am AEST on 1 August 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 30 August 2025 (“Campaign Period”).
4. Donation Mechanics Subject to clause 5, BraveFace will make donations to batyr, a mental health charity, during the Campaign Period for each of the following acts and for the value of donation as outlined below:
- Social Media Participation (no purchase necessary): For each person who shares a photo or video of the BraveFace worry wall mural (that is located at 302 Bondi Rd, Sydney and 429 Chapel St, Melbourne on their public Instagram page (either via stories or feed) and tags @braveface, BraveFace will donate AUD $5 to batyr.
- Online Product Purchase Participation: For each online purchase of any BraveFace product made via https://www.braveface.com/en-au during the Campaign Period and delivered to an Australian address, BraveFace will donate AUD $1 to batyr.
5. Donation Cap Total donations made under this Campaign by BraveFace to batyr, a mental health charity, will be capped at AUD $20,000.
6. Eligibility and Participation Requirements To qualify for the social media donation: a. Posts must include a photo or video of a BraveFace worry wall mural located in 302 Bondi Rd, Sydney and 429 Chapel St, Melbourne Australia; b. The post must tag @braveface in the caption or on the image/video; c. Posts must be published during the Campaign Period; d. Posts must be made from a public Instagram account and feed posts to remain publicly visible until 31 August 2025 and story posts must remain publicly visible for the full 24 hour duration of the story.
e. Participants must have their Instagram account set to public for the Campaign Period.
7. Use of User Content By tagging @braveface in an Instagram post or Story for the purposes of this Campaign, participants grant BraveFace a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, and share the content (including any accompanying captions) on BraveFace’s digital and social media channels, email marketing, and website for promotional purposes.
8. Privacy BraveFace collects and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy . By participating in the Campaign, participants consent to BraveFace using any personal information submitted in connection with the Campaign for the purpose of facilitating the Campaign and for related communications.
9. No Affiliation with Instagram This Campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
10. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, BraveFace is not liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with the Campaign, including any technical issues or entry failures outside of its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
11. Changes to Campaign BraveFace reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions, or cancel, suspend or modify the Campaign and donation amounts, at any time and for any reason, including where required by law or due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
12. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under or in connection with them.
13. Agreement
By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
