PROMOTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter The promoter of this campaign in New Zealand is Douglas Pharmaceuticals Limited (NZBN 9429040671437), trading as BraveFace (“BraveFace”). If you have any queries, please contact us on hello@braveface.co.nz
2. Campaign Overview BraveFace will donate to Voices of Hope, a mental health charity, as part of its Worry Wall campaign in New Zealand (the “Campaign”).
3. Campaign Period The Campaign commences at 12.00 am NZST on 1 August 2025 and ends at 11:59pm NZST on 30 August 2025 (“Campaign Period”).
4. Donation Mechanics Subject to clause 5, BraveFace will make donations to Voices of Hope, during the Campaign Period for each of the following acts and for the value of the donation as outlined below:
- Social Media Participation (no purchase necessary): For each person who shares a photo or video of the BraveFace worry wall mural located on Ponsonby Street in Auckland or Colombo Street in Christchurch, on their Instagram feed or Stories and tags @braveface on their public Instagram page, BraveFace will donate NZD $5 to Voices of Hope.
- Online Product Purchase Participation: For each online purchase of any BraveFace product made via www.braveface.com during the Campaign Period and delivered to an address in New Zealand, BraveFace will donate NZD $1 to Voices of Hope.
5.Donation Cap Total donations made under this Campaign by BraveFace to Voices of Hope will be capped at NZD $10,000.
6. Eligibility and Conditions
To quality for the social media participation as outlined in clause 4, and thereby have the donation paid accordingly, you must follow the following requirements:
a) Posts must include a photo or video of a BraveFace worry wall mural located at either Ponsonby Street in Auckland or Colombo Street in Christchurch;
b) The post must tag @braveface in the caption or on the image/video;
c) Posts must be published during the Campaign Period;
d) Posts must be made from a public Instagram account and feed posts to remain publicly visible until 31 August 2025, story posts must remain publicly visible for the full 24 hour duration of the story; and
e) Participants must have their Instagram account set to public for the Campaign Period.
7. Use of User Content By tagging @braveface in an Instagram post or Story for the purposes of this Campaign, participants grant BraveFace a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, and share the content (including any accompanying captions) on BraveFace’s digital and social media channels, email marketing, and website for promotional purposes.
8. Privacy BraveFace collects and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy . By participating in the Campaign, participants consent to BraveFace using any personal information submitted in connection with the Campaign for the purpose of facilitating the Campaign and for related communications.
9. No Affiliation with Instagram This Campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
10. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, BraveFace is not liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with the Campaign, including any technical issues or entry failures outside of its reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights under New Zealand consumer law legislation.
11. Changes to Campaign BraveFace reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions, or cancel, suspend or modify the Campaign and donation amounts, at any time and for any reason, including where required by law or due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
12. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the courts of New Zealand shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under or in connection with them.
13. Agreement By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
