Terms & Conditions

Definitions

1. The following definitions apply in these Terms and Conditions:

Entrant has the meaning given to that term in clause 2.

How to Enter: To enter the Promotion, each Entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:

1. Purchase any BraveFace product online at braveface.com between 19 November 2025 – 1 December 2025 (NZT).

o Purchase 1 BraveFace product in a single transaction = 1 entry

o Purchase 2 BraveFace products in a single transaction = 5 entries

o Purchase 3 or more BraveFace products in a single transaction = 15 entries

Immediate Family Member means spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

Notification Date: The winner will be notified by 5pm Monday 8 December 2025 (NZT) in accordance with clause 17.

Number of Prizes: One (1) Prize is available to be won under this Promotion.

Prize means the following:

· One (1) x $1000 Hommey voucher, redeemable at hommey.com.

Promoter means Healthcare by Douglas Limited, Central Park Drive, Lincoln, Auckland 0610, New Zealand.

Promotion means this competition run by the Promoter in respect of the Prize.

Promotion Period means the duration of the Promotion, 1am 19 November 2025, ending 11.59pm 1 December 2025 (NZT).

Value means the total value of the Prize, being NZD $1000.

Winner means the Entrant determined as the Prize recipient in accordance with the Winning Method.

Winning Method means a game of chance where the Winner is selected using a random generator from all eligible entries by the Promoter in Auckland, New Zealand.

Eligibility

2. To be eligible to enter the Promotion, entrants must be a New Zealand or Australian resident.

3. Employees (and their Immediate Family Members) of the Promoter, and any companies, agencies or persons associated with this Promotion, are ineligible to enter.

4. Entrants must ensure their entry complies with these Terms and Conditions.

5. Incomplete, incorrect or ineligible entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter may determine entries invalid at its sole discretion.

How to Enter

6. The Promotion continues for the Promotion Period.

7. To enter the Promotion, Entrants must complete the steps listed under “How to Enter”.

8. Any Entrant may enter the Promotion multiple times, based on the number of eligible purchases. Only one Prize can be awarded per Entrant.

9. Entries must be received during the Promotion Period. Automated entries will not be accepted.

Prize

10. Entrants will be eligible to win the Prize as described.

11. The Prize must be taken as offered. It is non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

12. If the Prize (or any part of it) becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal value.

13. The Promoter will arrange for the Prize to be sent to the Winner once verified.

14. The Winner is responsible for redeeming and using the Hommey voucher according to Hommey’s terms. Any issues with voucher redemption or product availability must be directed to Hommey.

Judging

15. The Winner will be selected via the Winning Method.

16. Winner selection will occur following the end of the Promotion Period at the Promoter’s Auckland office (or another location if necessary).

17. The Winner will be notified by email by the Notification Date. The Winner has 5 days from the time of notification to claim the Prize by responding with their contact details.

18. If the Prize is not claimed within 24 hours, another Winner may be selected using the Winning Method.

19. The Winner’s name may be published on the Promoter’s website or social media channels.

20. If the winning entry does not comply with these Terms, it will be discarded and another Winner selected.

21. The outcome of the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

General

22. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

23. This Promotion is not affiliated with Hommey or any other third party involved in providing the Prize.

24. The Promoter is not responsible for any error, interruption, delay, theft, unauthorised access, or issues affecting entry or Prize delivery.

25. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the Winner’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photographs, videos or audio) without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion or future promotions.

26. Entrants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information provided.

27. Winners may be required to provide proof of identity, age and residency. The Promoter reserves the right to determine the identity of an Entrant in the event of dispute.

28. If the Promotion is disrupted for any reason beyond the Promoter’s control (including due to Covid-19), the Promoter may modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion.

29. Nothing in these Terms limits the consumer guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Australian Consumer Law. Except for liability that cannot be excluded, the Promoter is not liable for loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising out of the Promotion or the Prize.

30. The Promoter collects personal information to administer the Promotion and may share it with service providers or regulatory authorities as required. Information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at braveface.com. Entrants may request access to or correction of their information via info@braveface.com.

31. If an Entrant opts in to receive marketing communications, the Promoter may use their personal information for future marketing until the Entrant unsubscribes.

32. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

33. These Terms and Conditions are governed by New Zealand law, and Entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.

34. All times and dates are based on New Zealand time.
