Returns

Unfortunately we do not accept returns due to change of mind. Please choose carefully and if you are having trouble knowing what product is right for you, you can

Faulty / Damaged Items 

For all faulty or damaged items, we offer a full refund (including shipping costs).

Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or incorrect use/abuse, are not considered to be faulty or damaged.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@hellobraveface.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll process a full refund to your account.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
